सीमा के पिता केंद्र सरकार के ट्युर एंड ट्रव्लिजम विभाग में नौकरी करते थे, इसलिए उन्हें अच्छी तरह से पता था की इस फील्ड में काफी अच्छा स्कोप है।

इसी को देखते हुये उन्होनें सीमा को इसी से रिलेटेड कोर्स करने हेतु विदेश भेज दिया था।

सीमा ने वहाँ तीन साल रहकर इस कोर्स की बारीकियाँ सीखी ओर फिर लौट कर आई , ओर उसने तय किया की, वो नौकरी करने की बजाय ,खुद का ही काम शुरू करेगी।

जब उसकी मम्मी ने ये सुना तो, वो सीमा से बोली ,नया काम शुरू करने से पहले गाँव जाकर अपने कुल देवताओं की पूजापाठ कर आऐंगे, इसलिए अगले महीने हम गाँव चलेंगे, वैसे भी तू समझदार होने के बाद कभी गाँव गई भी नही, इसलिए इस बार चलना।

सीमा ने गाँव के बारे में सिर्फ सुन रखा था की, गाँव बेहद खूबसूरत है, तो वो इसलिए भी देखने की इच्छुक थी के,क्या पता वो जगह उसके काम की निकल आये।

सीमा आखिरकार अपने गाँव पहुँच गई, जब उसने अपना गाँव देखा तो वो दंग रह गई, क्या नही था वहाँ, ऊँचे पहाड़ घाटियाँ, हरा भरा जंगल, सब कुछ तो था, जो सीमा को अपने व्यवसाय के लिये चाहिये था।

सीमा को तो मानो मुँह माँगी मुराद मिल गई हो, ओर उसने तत्काल निश्चय किया की, वो यहाँ होम स्टे का व्यवसाय शुरू करेगी ओर लोगों को अपने गाँव ओर अपने उत्तराखंड की खूबसूरती से परिचित करवायेगी।

सीमा ने गाँव में रुकने के दौरान ,अपने होम स्टे प्रोजेक्ट की पूरी प्लानिंग कर, उस पर कार्य शुरू कर दिया, उसने जमीन की साफ सफाई करवा कर उसे ठीक करवा लिया, ओर अपने मकान में जरूरी बदलाव कर उसे, होम स्टे लायक बनवा दिया, क्योकिं सीमा आने वाली गर्मियों में ही ,अपने होम स्टे प्रोजेक्ट को चालू कर देना चाहती थी।

गर्मियाँ आते ही सीमा ने अपना होम स्टे चालू कर दिया, ओर उसने ट्रेनिग के बल पर, काफी अच्छी शुरुआत भी कर ली।

सुनसान रहने वाले उसके गाँव में अब टूरिस्ट आने लगे थे, जिससे गाँव में चहल पहल रहने लगी, ओर स्थानीय लोगों को भी रोजगार मिलने लगा था,अब गाँव की वो इक्का दुक्का दुकानें भी चलने लगी थी, जो कम चला करती थी, गाँव के लोगों की गाडी को भी सीमा के होम स्टे की वजह से सवारियाँ मिलने लग गई थी, स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा उगाई गई सब्जियाँ भी, होम स्टे में काम आने से उन्हें रोजगार मिलने लगा था।

इस तरह सीमा के ,एक होम स्टे ने ही, सुनसान रहने वाले गाँव को, गुलजार कर उसकी कायापलट दी थी ,रोजगार की तलाश में, गाँव से बाहर गये कुछ लोग भी, अब गाँव लौट आये थे ,ओर अब यही रहकर काम करने लगे थे।

 Seema, while staying in the village, started planning her home stay project, started working on it, got her cleaned and cleaned the land, and made necessary changes in her house, to make it a home stay.  , As Seema wanted to start her home stay project in the coming summer itself.

 As the summer approached, Seema started her home stay, and on the strength of Trenig, she also got off to a good start.

 Tourists were now coming to his village who were deserted, due to which the village started moving around, and the local people also started getting employment, now even the few shops in the village, which used to run less, had started running in the village.  The vehicles of the people also started getting ridership due to the border's home stay, the vegetables grown by the local people also, they started getting employment due to the work in the home stay.

 In this way, a home stay of the border had transformed the deserted village and transformed it, in search of employment, some people who had gone out of the village, had also returned to the village, and now started working in the same way.
