रिवर्स पलायन

कविता जब बहुत छोटी थी, तब गाँव में अपने आमा बूबू ( दादा दादी ) के साथ, काफी समय तक रही थी, उसे हमेशा से ही अपना गाँव बेहद पसंद था।

कविता को बचपन की यही यादें हमेशा से पहाड़ लौटने को मजबूर करती रही, वो भारत भर में घूम चुकी थी, अपने बाबू ( पिता ) की नौकरी के चलते, उसके बाबू फौजी अफसर थे।

अँग्रेजी माध्यम में शिक्षित कविता को अपनी बोली से भी बड़ा लगाव था, जब भी गाँव आती तो, सबसे अपनी ही बोली में बात करती।

वो हमेशा से अपने बाबू को कहा करती, बाबू हमारा इलाका बहुत पिछडा हुआ है, इसलिए वहाँ के युवा लगातार पलायन कर रहे हैं, गाँवों की रौनक लगातार फीकी पड़ रही है, कुछ करना चाहिये हम जैसे लोगों को, वरना कभी ये गाँव बिल्कुल उजाड़ हो जाएँगे।

कविता के बाबू तब उससे कहते,  नौकरी पूरी होने के बाद जरूर चल कर कुछ करेंगे, अभी तू पढ़ाई में ध्यान दे।

कविता के मन मष्तिष्क में तो गाँव बैठा हुआ था, तो उसने स्कूली पढ़ाई खत्म होने के बाद, उत्तराखण्ड की पृष्ठभूमि को देखते हुये टयूर व ट्रेवलिज्म की पढ़ाई को चुना, ताकि वो उत्तराखण्ड जाकर इस क्षेत्र में कुछ कर सके।

तब टयूर ट्रेवलिज्म में तीन साल का डिग्री कोर्स करके, कविता ने एक साल अनुभव लेने के लिये सम्बन्धित कम्पनी में काम कर काफी कुछ सीखा था।

अगले ही साल उसके बाबू ( पिता ) भी रिटायर होने वाले थे, तो कविता ये चाहती थी के, समय बर्बाद ना करके कुछ कर लिया जाये।

बाबू के रिटायर होते ही कविता अपने बाबू ( पिता ) के साथ अपने गाँव निकल गई, उसने वहाँ जाकर अपने बिजनस की प्लानिंग की, ओर इस तरह अस्तित्व में आया उसका कैम्पिग का बिजनस, जिसका नाम उसने हिमाँग्न रिज़ॉर्ट रखा।

गाँव के लोग कविता के काम को लेकर आशंकित भी थे की, क्या जो कविता करने जा रही है ,वो चलेगा भी या नही, क्योकिं उन्हें तो ये गाँव काम का लगाता नही था, इसलिए ही तो गाँव धीरे धीरे खाली होता जा रहा था।

पर शुरुआत में ही कविता को अच्छा रेस्पॉन्स मिला, गर्मीयों में उसकी बुकिंग फुल हो चुकी थी,इससे उसका जोश इस काम के प्रति दुगना हो गया था।

अब इस खूबसूरत पहाड़ी इलाके के सुँदर गाँव में कविता कैम्पिंग के अलावा ,वहाँ पक्के काटेज बनवा कर अपने काम को बढ़ाना चाहती है, उसके इस कैम्पिग बिजनस में लोकल लोगों को भी रोजगार मिला , उसके वहाँ खाना बनाने वाले दो कुक तो उसी गाँव के हैं, जो कभी बेरोजगारी के चलते गाँव छोड़ गये थे।

गाँव की इक्का दुक्का दुकानें भी ,जो पहले कम चला करती थी, वो भी अब पर्यटक आने से चलने लगी थी, खाली बैठे रहने वाले गाडी वालों को भी साईट सीन दिखाने का काम मिल गया था, पहले अपने खेतों में खुद के खाने के लिये सब्जी उगाने वाली महिलाओं की सब्जी भी कविता के रिज़ॉर्ट में जाने लग गई थी, जिससे महिलाओं को भी आमदनी होने लग गई थी।

कविता की एक छोटी सी पहल ने गाँव की ओर फिर से रिवर्स पलायन की आशा जगा दी थी, शायद इस तरह ही पहाड़ों की रौनक फिर से लौटाई जा सकती है।

Reverse migration

 When Kavita was very young, she had lived in the village with her Aama grandparents for a long time, she always loved her village very much.

 Kavita always had this childhood memory to return to the mountain, she had roamed all over India, due to her father's job, her father was a military officer.

 In English medium, educated Kavita had a greater affection than its own dialect, whenever the village would come, everyone would speak in their own dialect.

 She always used to say to her father, father our area is very backward, so the youths are constantly migrating, the villages are constantly getting dull, something should be done to people like us, otherwise this village is completely desolate  Will be done.

 Father of Kavita would then say to her , after completing the job, he will definitely do something by walking, now you should pay attention in studies.

 Kavita had a village sitting in her mind, after finishing school, she chose to study tourism and travelism, looking at the background of Uttarakhand, so that she could go to Uttarakhand and do something in this area.

 Then, after taking a three-year degree course in Tour Travelism, Kavita had learned a lot by working in the company concerned for a year of experience.

 The next year, her father was also going to retire, then Kavita wanted to do something without wasting time.

 As soon as father retired, Kavita went to her village with her father, went there and planned her business, and thus came into existence her Camping business, which she named Himangan Resort.

 The people of the village were also apprehensive about the work of Kavita, whether the Kavita that they are going to do will work or not, because they did not use this village for work, that is why the village was slowly becoming empty.

 But in the beginning, Kavita got a good response, her booking was full in the summer, due to which her passion was doubled.

 Now, in addition to Kavita Camping in beautyful village in this beautiful mountainous area, she wants to increase her work by making cottage there, this camping business also provides employment to local people, she has two cooks who cook there.  , Who once left the village due to unemployment.

 Even the few shops in the village, which used to run less earlier, had started running due to the arrival of tourists, even the occupants of the vacant car drivers got the job of showing the site scene, first to eat for themselves in their fields.  The village women growing vegetables also started going to the resort of Kavita, due to which women also started earning income.

 A small initiative of Kavita aroused the hope of reverse migration towards the village, perhaps in a way that the beauty of the mountains can be returned again.
