जग्गू बू

जग्गू बू ने सारा जीवन पहाड़ों में ही काटा ठहरा , शहर के नाम पर देखा ठहरा तो बल अल्मोड़ा या ज्यादा से ज्यादा भाबर। 

कभी गये नही ठहरे शहरों की ओर तो , अल्मोड़ा जैसे शहर में घूमने में ही बास आती है बल बोल देने वाले ठहरे जग्गू बू , तो शहरों में आ जाते तो क्या बोलते। 

पर शहरों में ना जाने का असर उन पर साफ नजर आता था , एकदम स्वस्थ ठहरे , ना कोई हारी ना कोई बीमारी , एकदम फिट। 

नब्बे साल की उम्र में वो जो काम कर लेते थे , वो शहरों के बुजुर्गों के लिये तो अकल्पनीय होता है। 

जग्गू बू जंगल से लकड़ी ले आते हैं , वो भी बड़ी सारी डाल काटकर , खेतों में काम कर लेते हैं आज भी। 

जबकि इस उम्र में आदमी का चल फिर पाना भी दुष्कर कार्य हो जाता है। 

जग्गू बू पता नही कहाँ से लाते थे इतनी एनर्जी , हम जैसे भी ना कर पायें उनके जैसे काम तो। 

जग्गू बू से उनकी इस एनर्जी का राज पूछा तो वो बोले , देख पोथिया , हमने कभी बास वाली हवा नही खाई ठहरी , खाना खाया ठहरा शुद्ध बल , मुडुवा , मक्का की रोटी , ताजा ताजा साग खाया ठहरा , दही , दूध ओर घी को तो पूछो मत बल कितना खाया , आज भी खाता हूँ , नल आ गये ठहरे अब तो बल , पर पानी आज भी नौले से लाकर ही पीता हूँ।

आज भी खेती करता हूँ अपने हाथों से धान रोपने से लेकर सब काम , इससे कसरत हो जाने वाली ठहरी ओर शरीर ठीक रहने वाला ठहरा , तुम्हारे शहर की नही की खाओ ओर पड़ जाओ , ओर घूमना हो तो बल , हमारे आँगन के बराबर बाग में घूम लो , उस पर भी बास वाली हवा खाओ। id fresh food

यहाँ तो जंगल को गये तो समझो की 5 किलोमीटर चढ़ाई हो गई ओर आते समय उतनी ही उतराई , वहाँ जो काम किया ठहरा वो अलग हुआ बल , ये ठहरी हमारी कसरत , वो भी शुद्ध हवा के  दगड , तुम्हारे शहर में इतना कोई कर सकता है बल। id fresh food

अरे हमारे पहाड़ तो स्वास्थ के  खजाने ठहरे बल , पता नही क्यों लोग भाग भाग कर शहरों की ओर जा रहे हैं , क्या नही ठहरा यहाँ , खेती पाती , धिनाली पानी , बढ़िया हवा पानी , ओर काम करने वालों के लिये तो पैसों की कमी भी नही ठहरी यहाँ , अब अगर नही ठहरा तो बस इतना सा के , शहरों की चमक धमक नही ठहरी , वहाँ का फैशन नही ठहरा बस।

बूबू हुक्का पीते हुये लगातार बोलते जा रहे थे ओर मैं सुनता जा रहा था , क्योंकि जो बूबू बोल रहे थे , वो सत्य था , पहाड़ को ना समझ पाने के कारण , यहाँ के लोग शहरों की ओर जा रहे हैं , जबकि यहाँ पर इतना कुछ है की , यही रहकर भी लोग कमा सकते हैं , ये बात ना उन्हें पता है ओर ना ही अब तक सरकारों ने उन्हें बतलाई है , जबकि हमारा पडोसी राज्य हिमाचल , पहाड़ को समझने में हमसे आगे निकल गया , वहाँ हो रहा पलायन कम हो चुका ओर उत्तराखण्ड से ये निरंतर जारी है , काश जग्गू बू की तरह लोग समझ पाते की पहाड़ में सब कुछ है। id fresh food
