ईजा की बडी

एक बार किसी काम से दिल्ली को गया था , वहाँ मेला लगा ठहरा उत्तरायणी का , मेले में खूब दुकाने भी लगी थी , घूमते घूमते एक दुकान पर नजर गई , वो उत्तराखण्ड के उत्पाद बेच रहा ठहरा। 

गहत की दाल , बडी , मुण्डु का आटा , भाँग के बीज , गेठी , सिल पिसी नून , मसाले ओर भी ना जाने क्या क्या। 

बडी देखी तो खरीदने को मन मचल गया ठहरा , घर में बडी भी खत्म हो गई थी , भात के साथ बडी वो भी कुमिल की बडी मुझे बहुत पसंद थी , बस एक किलो खरीद लाया। 

गाँव जाने तक का जुगाड़ हो गया ठहरा , गाँव में तो ठुल ईजा के हाथ की बडी मिल ही जाने वाली ठहरी। 

घर वापस आने पर इतवार को बडी भात बनवाई , पर ठुल ईजा की बनाई बडी जैसा स्वाद नही मिल पाया , ठुल ईजा के हाथ में जादू था , उसकी बडी की महक ही भूख जगा मारने वाली ठहरी , बडी खाकर मजा तो आया , पर उतना नही आया जितना ठुल ईजा की बडी में आया करता था।  

तब दिमाग ने कहा अगर ठुल ईजा की बडी बिकने लगे तो , लोगों को असली पहाड़ी बडी का स्वाद मिल सकता है , ये सोच कर घन्न दा को फोन किया , के ठुल ईजा से इस बार बीस पच्चीस किलो बड़िया बना लेना बेच देंगें यहाँ। घन्न दा को बोला की मैं गाँव आ रहा हूँ ले जाऊँगा , घन्न दा बोले ठीक छू। 

गाँव गया ओर ठुल ईजा को समझाया की तेरी हाथ की बडी शहर में बेचनी है , तू खूब बना कर रख लेना , तेरे हाथों का स्वाद गजब है , धड़ाधड़ बिक जायेगी , ओर हुआ भी वही। 

एक मित्र ऑनलाइन सामान बेचने का काम करता था , उसने इसकी शानदार मार्केटिंग की , ओर सब बड़िया बिक गई , ठुल ईजा निर्माता बन गई थी अब।  

डिमांड बढ़ गई थी उनकी बड़ियों की , घन्न दा भी उसी काम में लग गया ठहरा , आसपास की औरतों को भी लगा लिया ठहरा। 

आधा व एक किलो की पैकिंग में  #ईजा #की #बडी  के नाम से बाजार में छा गई , ठुल ईजा की बड़ियाँ , लोगों पर अपना जादू चला ही दिया ठहरा। 

ना जाने कितनी पहाड़ की ठुल ईजाओं के हाथों में बडी सहित अनेक चीजों का अदभुत स्वाद वाला हुनर है। 

बस जरूरत है उसको बाजार की , जिसे सरकार छोटे छोटे मेलों के माध्यम से उपलब्ध करवा दे , ताकि ठुल ईजा व घन्न दा जैसे लोग वहीं रहकर अपना रोजगार चला सकें!
